We spent some time with a very friendly quantity surveyor in Stellenbosch this morning

I spent a breezy, smoky, freaky morning with Volunteer Wildfire Services and SANParks, flying into plumes of fire fog in a helicopter. And that was after traipsing through a forest of flames below to see the damage up close.
